The School

On the 25 th of June 2009, Yann Arthus-Bertrand went to Barjouville, in the Eure-et-Loir district, to inaugurate the primary school that was going to bare his name. Nicolas Varnier who gave his name to the town’s kindergarten accompanied Yann on that special day. The children had prepared drawings and songs for the inauguration. The mayor of the town was there, and the day remains a found memory for young and old alike!
